Sports journalist with over 20 years of experience at TV Globo, host of the award-winning program Planeta Extremo, author of the book “Quebrando os Limites” and founder of the NGO Destemidas, which promotes female autonomy through running. She has run 8 marathons and 3 ultramarathons.

 Cesar Parcias

César Parcias, a Physical Education teacher with over 40 years of experience and creator of the CP Training method, is a reference in the fitness world and now brings his methodology to Carol no Gaiz.

Nutritionist, chef and coach, Postgraduate in functional clinical nutrition from VP, Postgraduate in functional sports nutrition from VP, Postgraduate in functional phytotherapy from VP, Postgraduate in clinical nutrition in endocrinology and metabolism from VP, Health Coach from IIN - integrative nutrition in New York.

 Roberto Dum

Graduated in Physical Education, with a postgraduate degree in Exercise Physiology. Former professional triathlon and running athlete for over a decade and has been working with sports training for over 20 years.
